What does community work mean to you? Why did you become involved in community work?

I got involved in community work 10 years ago thanks to my children, who attended various clubs at our Community Centre. Later, I had to devote myself fully to my family and work, but my desire for personal development and education brought me back to community work once more. I enjoy helping other people because they are not indifferent to me. Thanks to this work, I know it makes sense. I have the chance to make the world a better place and to be a part of it.
