How long have you been involved in community work?

I’ve been involved in community work as a volunteer since 2014.

What does community work mean to you?

For me, community work means that we, the locality’s residents, participate in solving the problems of our community. It means to me self-determination, self-improvement and learning new things through collective effort.

Why did you become involved in community work?

I’m not indifferent to how we live. I want to know what’s happening in our locality, I want to participate in changes for the better and, together with others, to form local partnerships with the local authorities, schools and other entities.
