How long have you been involved in community work?

I’ve been involved in community work since 2014.

What does community work mean to you?

For me, community work means involving the whole community in what is happening in the locality. Improving the place where we live and involving newly moved in families to settle in and build a relationship to the locality.

Why did you become involved in community work?

I got involved in community work to change the situation in the locality, where I was bothered by things such as safety, the mess around the houses, or neighbour disputes. Small collective successes are important to me and strengthen my motivation to continue doing community work in the future.
